The certificate for John Harrison of Gresford, Denbighshire, 18 March 1664

Theise are {to} certifie whom it may concerne that the bearer herof John Harrison of ye parish of Gresford in the County of Denbigh was a soldier vnd[e]r my Comand in the [illegible] service of his late Ma[jes]ty of blessed memory that he did allways behaue himself as he ought That he was maymed in the should[e]r in seruice, That to ye best of my knowledge he hath euer continued loyall That by reason of age & his hurt he is vnable to work for the support of himself and his family, That he is 78 yeares of age as I am Informed and that he is poore and necessitous. Witnesse my hand the 18th day of March 1663.
