These are to Certifie all those whom it may Concerne That John England of Alderbury in the County of Wilts[hire] husbandman hath during all the late Troubles served his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory as a Souldier in Corf Castle in the County of Dorsett vnder my Com[m]and In w[hi]ch service he hath received an hurt in his Arme whereby he is disabled to get his living

witnes our hands This 11th day of January Anno 1665
