To the Right Honourable the Justices of the Quarter Sessions held at Marleborough within and for this County of Wiltes[hire] September the 30th 1662

We the Inhabit[ant]s of the p[ar]ish of Corsham in the County of Wiltes[hire] whose names are herevnder written doe Certifie that the bearer hereof John Dickman of the same p[ar]ish husbandm[an] hath been a faithfull souldier to our Late King Charles the first: And Lost his horse and Armes and all other things as he had about him besides he was imprisoned according as his petition doeth relate
