To all whom it may concerne

These are to certifie that John Dauies of the towneshippe pf Llandegla in the County of Denbigh hath faithfully serued his late maiesty Char King Charles the first of Blessed memory in his warrs in Ireland and England and that he hath receaued seuerall maymes in his body in his said maiestys seruice and continewed faithfull to our gratious maiesty that now is King Charles the second and endeauor[e]d as farr as in him lay his blessed Restauration all which at the said John Dauids request is heereby certifyed by the persons vndernamed the 22th day of February 1669
