These are to certify all whome these shall concerne that John Crewes of Winckley was a maymed souldier & receiued forty shillings p[er] Ann[um] till Midsomer last was twelue month, at w[hi]ch tyme S[i]r William Morrice Barronett & John Arscott esq[ui]r[e] certified that they thought him fitt to be dismissed for that he did not appeare before them; ever since he hath not receiued anie pention witnes my hand this fowerth day of September 1668
