These are to Certifie, that it doth appeare vnto us as we haue beene credibly informed that the bearer heereof John Browne of the p[ar]ish of Cornewood in the County aforesaid was alwaies a Souldier in the late vnhappy warres heere in England vnder the Command of Col[one]l John Buller And alwaies soe continued vnto the end of the said warrs, In which seruice he receiued seuerall wounds and hurts, whereby he is become altogether vnable to labour for to gett himselfe a liuelihoode. And for his poore Famely, wee doe therefore thinke it very Fittinge that the said John Browne be appointed some yeerely pension, as other the maymed Souldiers of this Countye haue allowed them, It being a deed of Charitye
