Theise are to Certifie all whome itt shall or may concerne that the Bearer hereof John Braxstone of Warminster in the County of Wiltes[hire] Feltmaker hath faithfully served his late Ma[jes]tie as a souldier vnder the comaund of Collonell James Longe for the space of Three yeeres and more and hath Received divers wounds in the service one whereof in one of his Leggs which is not yet cured nor never like to bee by which meanes hee cannott followe his trade and is much impoverished haveinge a Wife and Five Children to mayneteyne
