Theise are to Certifie whom it may Concerne that Paul Austyn was souldier in the Regime[en]t of Col[one]l Horton vnder my Command, and did faythfull seruice, vntill by reason of very great wounds sicknes and lameness he dyed in the said seruice. Soe much is testified by me
