We whose names are hereunto subscribed doe humbly certify that William Buckhingham of our parish of Silferton having beene formerly maimed in the Kings service & received a yearely pension towards his Releife by the hands of Mr Williams by order from ye Sessions on Wednesday the 24th of September last departed this life; & that Johane his daughter (wife of Henry Waters) was at a greater cost than her poverty can well sustaine in providing for him during his sicknesse & being at the expence of his buriall, who therefore desires she may receive the money w[hi]ch would have accrued to him at Mich[aelm]as last
