That Thomas peeke hath faithfully sarued the Parliament vnder my Command euer sence the begining of the warrs and was slaine at the storme of Pembrock wich is very much to the preiudice of his pore mother wittnes heare to my Hand this 1 of Feb[ruary] in the yeer of our Lord 1648
