These are to require you to p[er]mitt Humphrey Cotton a Sould[ie]r in that Company Com[m]anded by Col[one]l John Hewson, to transporte himself to Chester or any part of England w[i]thout any Lett or molestac[i]on who through wounds that he formerly receiued is vnfitt for Service. Given vnd[e]r my hand & Seale at Dublin Castle ye Ninth July 1653.
