Theis are to certifie that Humphrey ap Richar[d] of Bodrychwyn hath very faithfully serued his late Ma[jes]tie {of} blessed memory in the late vnhappy warres as a Com[m]on souldier vnder the Com[m]and of my father and my selfe for many yeares together in the regiment of Col[one]l Hugh Wynne and that he never deserted his Ma[jes]ties service and was and still is very Loyall and qualified to receaue releife according to the tenour of the late Acte of Parliam[en]t for releife of Loyall souldiers.
