Euer honered Colonel ye bearer heareof Hugh Thomas of rulas in the County of Denbigh hath put in his pettition and an order entred at ye same Quarter Sessions for it this two yeares agoe & euer since put of from time to time and without your worship please to looke into his pouerty & desserts he is like to perish and he will euer pray.
