Wee whose names are herevnder written doe certifie all whome it may concerne that the bearer Henry Marryett Did in the late Civell warrs in England serue his Ma[jes]tie in S[i]r Charles Cumptons Troope in the Earle of Northamptons Reidgement: in Which hee did Continue Faithfull and Loyall: and was much disabled by reason of seuerall wounds received: whereby hee hath bin and is a greate sufferer: In testimoney whereof wee haue hereto sett our hands: This Twenti[e]th Day of May Anno d[o]m[ini] 1674.
