To the Right wor[shipfu]ll and wor[shipfu]ll the Com[missione]rs and Treasurers foe ye Maymed Souldiers

Wee whose names are herevnto subscribed formerly certified that the Bearer hereof Henry Bould was formerly to our knowledge an Inhabitant w[i]thin the Towneshipp of Halton and went from thence into Ireland in the Com[m]aund of Generall Monke and afterwards vnder the Com[m]aund of Major Mouldsworth and hath since servd his Ma[jes]tie heere in England In which service hee hath receaued many wounds and Imprisonment [sic.], very much to his losse & hinderance to his future livelyhood & subsista{nc}e, For which reason hee hopes hee may still bee continued A Penshion[e]r This wee are able to Testifie And in Testimony hereof haue herevnto putt our hands the Seaventeenth of January 1664
