To all whome it may concerne.
Theis are to Certify that Harry John Lewis of Evenechtyd served as souldier in [illegible] his late majesties service, in my company in the Regiment of Col[one]l William Salesbury his said late majesties Governor of Denbigh Castle, and that hee remained there for three yeares & all the tyme behaved himselfe true and faithfull to his late ma[jes]ty
