The certificate for Francis Pratt of Weldon, Northamptonshire, 22 September 1682

To the Hon[oura]ble the Justices of the peace in their Sessions for this County of North[amp]ton[shire], or to whom else these pr[e]sents shall come.

These are to Certifie those whom it may Conserne that Francis Pratt of Weldon was an enlisted Souldier to his late Ma[jes]tie in his warrs vnder my Command and did then and hath euer since continued faithfull and loyall to his s[ai]d Ma[jes]ty and hath been a great sufferer by being of his Ma[jes]t[y]s partie and is really very aged and indigent. In testimony whereof I have herevnto sett my hand the two and twentieth day of September, Anno Re[gni] Car[oli] S[e]c[un]di nunc Anglie etc tricesimo quarto Annoq[ue] Domi[ni] 1682.
