<These are to certify that Francis Dunn a maymed sould[ie]r was taken in to pay in the yeare 1661 & receiued from that yeare of the seu[er]all Tresurers forty shillings p[er] Ann[um] till the year 1666 at w[hi]ch tyme he was left out of pay witnes my hand ye 13th day of Aprill 1675>
