These are to certifie ye Right wor[shipfu]ll the Justices of the peace pr[e]sent at the Gen[er]all sessions of the peace

That Evan ap Harry of ye p[ar]ish of Llanrhaiad[e]r in the Com[itatus] of {De}nbigh, yeom[an] hath Continued a true & faithfull soulder in the service of the late King Charles of blessed memory for the space of foure yeares as and aboue vnder my Com[m]and in the Regim[en]t of Col[one]l Salusbury of Lleweny, & hath receaved seu[er]all wounds & bruises in that tyme at Brainford, Bristoll Golle Glocester & thereby is become very vnable to yearne his livelyhood. dated the Eighteenth day of Aprill 1664
