I doe hereby certify yt I am fully & satisfactorily informed that ye bearer hereof Elizabeth Dod, did liue soberly & painfully [several illegible words] for five yeares in the parish of St Sepulchres, till ye fire, by w[hi]ch sad Judgm[en]t shee lost all her liuelyhood, & subsistence, & is by good testimony commended to mee, & by mee to all able charitable Christians as a fit obiect of theyr commiseration, & relief
