Wee whose names are subscribed doe treuely Certtifye that Edward Mawdesley of Lathome was A listed souldier vnder our Commands and behaved him selfe dilligently, faithfully & obediently in his service. And hath Faithfully & truely behaued him selfe eu[e]r since As wee Are Informed And verely beleeue: All w[hi]ch att the Instance of the said Edw[ard] wee make humbly bould to Certtifye and subscrybe ourselues
