Theise testifye and humbly certify that Thomas Edward Gill of Wisbech within the Isle of Ely and County of Cambridge was longe in Armes for his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory, and hath been a very great sufferer vpon the accompt of A Souldier. And though putt vpon great wants and extreamities, Yett hath continued ever faithfull both to his late Ma[jes]tie And to our now most gracious and Royall Sovereigne. And went out of Wisbech aforesaid and continued a Longe time in his Ma[jes]ties Army,
