You may remember yt wee engaged joyntly to procure some satissfaction for Doctor Winne of Stockport in regard yt vpon o[u]r motion hee yeilded to let his suite fall for ye cure of Corporall William Benison a maimed souldier lately deceased who was not able to pay ye s[ai]d Doctor duely although hee tooke great paines about him yt languished diverse yeares of ye s[ai]d wound hee receiued at ye first seige at Chester, I desire theirfore you will be pleased to sollicite the Justices of Peace for this County at their next Sessions to allowe twenty pounds for ye s[ai]d Doctor according to o[u]r former conclusion this way or else what they thinke fitt for ye cure of the s[ai]d Corporall, not doupting but you will endeavour to promote soe just a motion as this is
