These are to certifye that David ap Ed[war]d of llandegla now very aged & blinde & poore did serve as a souldier in Ireland vnd[e]r [illegible] in his late Ma[jes]ties service & since in my Companie in England [illegible] And that he hath always Continued loyall, being poore & Indigent
