Giue mee leaue to recom[m]end to yo[u]r care & fauor the sad condition of an vnhappy lady m[ist]ris Zouche whose husband serued the King as a Colonell, and vppon his death left here all here subsistence and livelyhood by a Joynture at Odyham now vnder contribuc[i]on to yo[u]r L[ordshi]ps garrison at Basinge, where the tax falls soe heauye vppon here, as shee must bee inforced to repr[e]sent it to yo[u]r L[ordshi]p for releife: wherein if you shall bee pleased to afforde here yo[u]r iust & noble fauor (as here case merits) it will not onely bee an act of charitye to a distressed widowe, but it shall bee an Engagement vppon
