Wee whose names are subscribed doe Certifie to the honorable bench that this poore pet[it]ioner Anne {?H}yazlehurst had her husband sore wounded in the kings service being Comaunded by the Constable he had his necke almost Cut of which said wound Cost for the Cure aboue Twentie pounds but because it would neuer be throughly Cured he died in a short space after his life being in the lease of his house it is to the vter vndoing of his wife and Children, and likwise at the same tyme in the said service hee lost a yoake of oxen worth ten pounds, wherby to pay this great Charges he was at he was forced to set his liueinge for many yeares wherby your poore peti[t]ioner is likly to suffer for it in want w[i]thout any releefe for her selfe and her Children till such tyme as those yeares be expired that her ground is set out for which is ten yeares
