Whereas W[illia]m Garnett of Ackworth neere pontefract was a penc[i]oner & is lately dead It is desired ordered that John Sharpe of the same towne who has beene allwayes loyall A greate sufferer for his late Ma[jes]tie & lay in Yorke Castle in Irons for his Loyalty to his now Ma[jes]tie that now is, may be admitted penc[i]oner in the place of the said Garnett late deceased
